Yacht rental, captain service, port fees are all included in the price. Coastal cruising fuel cost is also included. Gratuity is excluded,we suggest 10-15% for excellent service, or no less than $100 per crew

Even during the summer months it can be cool out on the water Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, jacket.  It does get pretty cold so dress in layers. No High heels please.

As a general guideline we do not take children under the age of 3.  This excursion is not suitable for infants under the age of 1 year.

Yes you can! We only take private charter with max 12 passengers if more, please email or call us to reserve your excursion. Please keep in mind that availability is limited and we do recommend booking as far in advance as possible to lock in your desired date and time.

Most people do not get sea sickness on board as it’s an open boat. However, if you know that you are susceptible to motion sickness or are worried about it, we recommend that you take precautions ahead of your excursion. Small dose of Dramamine at least 1 hour before boarding is ideal.

Cancellation only applies to bad weather

All bookings & sales are final. Cancellation only applies to bad weather (e.g.: rain, fog or small craft advisory from national marine forecast). Please let us know 72 hours prior to charter.

If you decide to cancel your booking prior to 72 hours before your scheduled trip, 50% of the payment will be refunded to your credit card. 50% refund only applies to reservations when payments are made in full. There is no refund available for reservations that are partially paid. No refund will be available for any cancellation notice that is less than 72 hours before the charter. If you want to change your schedule to another day or time, please let us know 72 hours prior to charter. California Dream Tours  is pleased to assist you to coordinate change the date to the next available date. We will not be able to make date change requests within 72 hours of the charter. For any change requests, dock reservation fees and captain fees are not transferable and clients will need to pay for that.

Rules for rescheduling:

1. All rescheduling requests by customers are subject to a $100 fee to cover non refundable dockage & handling fee.
2. Captain & crew members’ fees are subject to charge for events within 14 calendar days while rescheduling (Captain rate is $50 per hour, crew member rate is $25 per hour ).
3. No rescheduling is available within 72 hours of your scheduled event.
4. Free reschedule due to weather (e.g.: rain, fog or small craft advisory from national marine forecast) or mechanical issues.

In the event of severe weather & sea conditions (“Small Craft Advisories”), we will endeavor to reschedule your trip, or cruise inside harbor to safe water , or receive a full refund.

We do not have drinks or food on board but you are welcome to bring your own Water, Soda, Beer,Wine,(Just please No Red Wine  It will stain the deck or seats if spilled).

We encourage passengers to bring their reusable water bottles, as we are keenly aware of the damage that single use plastic bottles and other trash are doing to our precious marine environment, and on the sea life that we all love. Please avoid bringing messy or crumbly snacks and try to keep all food wrappers from blowing off the boat!

Yes. We have enough life jackets for each guest + our captain and crew. Our boats have all of the required safety equipment on board for 25 passengers?

There is parking  (A $4 parking fee for 2 hours) LA traffic can be really bad, Uber/ lift driver can get lost etc use your own gps cellphone ! so please just give yourself enough time to avoid any inconvenience and not missing your experience?

If you are pregnant, we recommend that you consult with your doctor. We would seat you in the back of the boat where it is a much smoother ride.

If you have severe and/or chronic back and neck pain, we do not recommend this excursion.

This is a non-smoking vessel. You may vape only.

No pets allowed.

No High heels please during loading/unloading for safety issues at the commercial dock.
